How long does it take to produce a bag?

All our bags are handmade by our team of housewives in Turkey. Each bag takes about 6 to 12 hours.

How long does the shipping take?

Please allow us 2-5 business days for processing your order. We are sending all our bags with B-Post.
We, for now, only deliver in Switzerland.

Do you also offer A-Post shipping?

Yes absolutely - we are sending our bags with B-Post, but if you need your bag faster (A-Post), contact us via our contact form! <3

Can I return a bag?

Do you want to return your unworn bag? No problem.

Withing 2 weeks, you can return your bag. Please be aware that the bag has to be unworn and in perfect condition. Just write us an email to hello@studiosevenzurich.com with your matter and we will get back to you asap.
